    Is the drain plug tool an M16 tamper proof spline socket? found one one ebay just want to see if its the correct one. Its basically a 16mm spline socket with a hole drilled in the top of it. Is this right???

    I've had this for a good few months now. When going from second to 3rd at high revs something crunches up near the base of the gearstick and its a bit reluctant to slot into 3rd. Its fine for normal driving and giving death in any other gear is fine. Any ideas what it is?! Cheers! :)
