fuses

Evening guys, I think i may have a problem, that MAY have started after i was a bit "Liberal" with some lubricant (Stop sniggering at the back). On Sunday i removed the heater blower as I needed to lubricate the axel as it's been squealing. All I had to hand was a can of spray grease...

My horn keeps blowing fuses but there doesn't seem to be any pattern to it, i.e. it doesn't blow as soon as i use it. I've tried disconnecting one horn at a time and putting a new fuse in but it still breaks the fuse each time. Has anyone else had a similar problem?

The main lights (when I say main I mean dipped) blew last night, got in the car, started it, turned the lights on, they came on for a nano-second then went out. Parking lights and High beam still work. Looked at the fuses this morning and both 15amp fuses look ok??? they are the see through...
