footwell

hi - there is loads of water in the wifes rear passanger footwell - tried to see where its coming from but can't - any ideas? coupled with the leak into the front drivers footwell from the area of the windscreen wiper linkage its a right pain this cold weather icing the inside!

when its been raining i get a trickle of water theat runs in from the bottom of the passanger door when i pull away , if i opne the door before i drive off its fine as the water on the sill seems to disperse, any ideas?
