Hi All, Just a quickie... How easy is it to get to the fog lights to change the bulbs?

have done a search but nothing, How do i remove the lower grills that are around the grills, its on a 02 LC, i remove the single screw and pull, but not sure where the clips are and dont want to break them.

My foglights are on permenantly even when my main lights are off any help please. or does any one know how to remove headlight switch
