Hi,
Does anyone know how much difference a high flow cat will make to the performace of my car power and volume wise? It is a Revo`d 20vt with a Milltek cat back system.

In the end a garage got the Forge tip on for me. It seemed to pick up a little better and I also saw a small increase in boost on my gauge so I was quite chuffed but 1 week after fitting, the engine light on the dash came on. I've just run VAG-COM on it and it says:
'Secondary Air Injection...
Those of you that have used VAG-COM, could you please post your average mass flow readings, and also if you have a remap etc?
Apparantly mine is low......but I want to compare with others.

Anyone has these on a Leon Cupra?
I know the price is a bit steep but the power gains they've quoted is impressive and it looks superb.
Any peeps can give a bit more info on this please as I am seriously considering getting one of these...
Going to be buying a DP and Race cat pretty soon, just wanting to know which of the two above are better. I imagined the milltek is maybe better for torque on a K03/K03s'd car as its only 2.5" DP where as the blueflame is a 3" DP. But which would be better overall for flow in the long run if...
I've seen plenty of logs of revo'd LCR's pushing 190-200 g/s on stage 1 but I'm running APR stage 1 and I've never got over 190 g/s.
Is this normal due to APR running less boost or is my MAF under reading?
How do other APR'd cars fair compared to Revo etc..when it comes to air flow.
Don't...
can someone look at these reading and possibly tell me why one reading is 0
i know that when you change gear the readings will drop right down.
these are the loggs going through the gear when i had my stage two setup by kev! just seems strange thats all. only thing i can think of is the tip...

What MAF readings should i be getting on a standard (bar bmc, standard map) 180bhp Ibiza Cupra-R??
Just been and done a quick log and the MAF readings don't look as healthy as some I've seen
we where playing with vag com yesterday for the first time, on my mk3 ibiza, everything is standard on the car engine wise

Hi there, having some airflow problems!
just run the car through diagnostics, and my airflow readings were 400 at idle and 340 at 5500rpm, but this should be somewhere like 800 at full throttle no?, but does this automatically point to the MAF or could it be a broken vacuum hose.
I've seen...
Right I've had my car VAG-COM'd and I have a faulty air flow meter as my ESP light was on all the time. (LCR)
Now the question is.. dose the air flow meter have any connetion to the air filtter? as my car is still under warrenty I'll be taking it to the dealers to sort out, but I have a...
Well some of you know I had my car on VAG-COM after my diagnostic light appeared and I got an error but I couldnt quite remember the exact wording. Well my own interface from Ross-Tech arrived today (took 48 hours from USA) got it all installed and plugged it into the computer and the full code...
