have decided i want bigger wheels on my 1.9tdi and was thinking along the lines of 19"s was wondering if many people on here have gone this route, or even if they'd clear the arches? have coilovers so height not too much of a problem, want to keep it low as poss, anyone have a view on this ...

Hi folks, Thinking of getting a little more rubber on the road and also a little more between the alloy and the kerb for when the Mrs is driving! Will 215/40 17's fit? We've got a 2007 Ibiza Cupra 160PD running standard set up if this helps... All advice / experiences welcome! Jonny

bought a set of mille miglia wheels and the spigots fitted are 57.1 but i cant get them to fit, if removed from the rim they will bang on but are not right, and the wheels wont go over them if they are already on the hubs or if fitted the wheels as they should be WTF? all of em on ebay say...

I believe my N75 valve is playing up as I'm getting boost surging (std 1.8T). So instead of buying a new one at £60 why can't I simply fit a £25 Forge bleed valve ? I understand I can't raise the boost by much before the ECU interferes but surely its a worthwhile mod. Thanks
