ok went to my car in the car park today saw it had a flat tyre was alil annoyed but ok these things happen so removed it and found to my horror this: how has the tyre got like this i mean all other tyres are in fine condition and have no signs of baldness or canvas or metal spikes...

need 2nd opnion on this. my driver side mirror bracked is cracked (where housing pivots on) so needs replacing just have some selotape to hold it in place atm. will golf mk4 mirror fit? can i swop housing over as golf may have diffrent colour.
