As i'm currently at work - 10 miles away from a pterol station and it says I have 10 miles of diesel left...... :cry:

I disconnected the front display and now my trip doesn't work :confused: It just displays exterior temperature, which is blank and always has been. But when I press the trip button, nothing happens. Does it need a drive out to get all the info back?

Am test driving my first Cupra tomorrow, a 2002 model with 70k on. Have never drove one, and was wondering what features the computer has on it. Does it give you miles to tank[range], average mpg etc,[similar to Clio 172 for those who know] or is it just a tripometer. At moment am still...

Hey ppl, as most of are aware, my leon does not have an mpg computer as its a early model. So what option are there for me to get a MPG display? so i know what my car does ona daily run. :rolleyes:

Hi I am looking at a referrence sport but it doesn't have a trip computer for cruise. Can these be added by either vag com or the dealer (how much if so) or are they just factory fit options? Regards Jonathan

Hi, For some reason when i turn off my ignition the car forgets my average mpg and the distance I have travveled since the last reset etc. It used to remember it all. Any ideas? Cheers

Hi, my 2001 seat ibiza 1.8 t needs to be resetted(due to an air bag light) but for somereason it cannot be hook upto the special computers due to there being a loose wire(thats what im told is the problem). I was wondering if anyone had a wiring diagram for this? or if there is any common wires...

Has anyone had any problems with their trip computer not working? i bought the car with a MOMO steering wheel on it and i'm wondering if anyone who has fitted aftermarket steering wheels has had this problem? I have had a look at the stalk but it seems fine. It's stuck on outside temp.

Word of warning! Once your fuel gauge goes into the red - DO NOT take the milage left on the trip computer as being even slightly close, I conked out yesterday and it was telling me I had 20 miles left!! Oh how I wish there had have been, It died on a blind bend!! :censored:

It doesnt seem to work i press the thing on the wiper stalk and it doesnt change from outside temp. The car has had the centre air vents changed to house a deck is it possible something was cut?

Hi Guys, Just got my car back from a 30k service and have noticed the avg mpg trip is all over the place. I know the real time trip moves about a bit but the average should stay pretty constant. I've just been out and on a 5 mile journey the avg was started around 80mpg and got to 108 !! then...
