How reliable do people find the onboard computer in terms of MPG and miles left in the tank? Also how long can you go on "0" miles fuel? Cheers.

Basically when I get in the car the average MPG is automatically put to zero, and then records for the journey time. I now want to average MPG to never reset. Is there any easy way to change this?

hello i have a 2001 Y Reg seat leon cupra and i dont have a trip computer switch on the right hand arm. i am thinking maybe someone in the past has changed it and put a standard one on? should i have one or did some of the earlier cars not have trip cmputers? please help.

anyone know the dame of the aftermarket devices that sit on your dash and plug into the ecu .....they display mpg, digital speedo, revs, everythin the ecu knows it displays, it also has a built in diognostics computer able to clear fault codes etc.....my mate has one and told me but i dont know...

just noticed it now as its dark i havent been in the car for 1 hour now and the trip computer screen in the centre is still lit up red :confused: it says off on it but all the other info is still showing and its still lit up does anyone know why it would do this? or a cure to fix this?
