anyone done this? i was talking to dolby about it and was just wanting any more opinions on it. what gains can be expected? i quite like the idea of hearing the turbo more but im not sure if i can be bothered debaffling it just for that

What size hoe clips do i need for the Ruber pipe that goes from the turbo to the charge pipe. One end is bigger than the other. I started debaffling the chargepipe yesterday but didnt realise til halfway through that you need to insert a sleeve :lol: had to refit it as dont have another, will it have any detrimental effect on the running of the car until i get a replacement and or a sleeve made? thanks :doh:

When doing the KO3s conversion you will find your rubber pipe on top of the turbo will pop off under load, very annoying. The reason for this is the standard rubber pipe is for the KO3 turbo, and is too big for the KO3S turbo. Forge charge ALOT for such a small piece of pipe. However...
