where is the cheapest place to get a carbon fibre bonnet for cupra.

I want its home for a cold air feed so it has to go. What do I need to do with the pipes? Block the one to the intake and point the one that looks like its coming from the tank to the ground? Cheers :)

Had a seach cant find what i want, does the canister work via vaccum? cause im looking at changing my throttle body and i dont think it will have the outlet like standard which links to the carbon canister, is there any other way of linking the pipe up somewhere else as i dont really want to...
