Any chance anyone could find out how much a new mk5 fr rear bumper is please? looking to get one as the standard one is poor and a custom pipe built but currently working nights so dont have any time to go to the dealer! thanks alot :)

bought this on ebay last week , me being a dope and thought it was a cupra R rear but its either a FR or a tdi i believe that theres 2 types of FR rear bumpers and just wanted to know which one this is before i sell it on thanks

just bought a FR rear bumper from ebay and it looks different to the cupra R is this right ? like in the bottom corners the fr is pointy and the R is smoother or isit just a dodgy pic ?

I put a cupra bumper (cupra/fr facelift version) on my TDI yesterday. Drivers side is spot on and all aligned correctly, yet the passenger side is off :confused:. Theres quite a big gap all around the front light yet all snug on the drivers side. All seems to be fitted and lined up...

I want to paint the black bumper strips on my car the same couour as the rest of the car (silver) are they easy to take them of the bumpes and the doors?? cheers

guys, i currently have a facelift front bumper on my 03 cupra and have managed to get hold of a cupra bumper. i wanted to know if there was a guide that i could follow so it makes it easier for me to change my bumper. the guides i have found so far are for the older bumper only. thanks

Afternoon, ive bought a new number plate lamp housing (old one missing) but I have no idea where the electrical connector for it is. I'm guessing hanging around in the rear bumper. Can't feel it so i could do with taking the bumper off to find it. How do you do it?

Right i had to cut my bumper when i fitted my FMIC but where ive cut it it's left a rough edge to it and now its bugging me... Anyone no an easy way to smooth the edge off without much hasstle...??

i thought this bumper & my wifes car (2004 tdi fr)was mk4 am i right or wrong? the seller swears its a mk3 from 2002-2006, either way it looks the same as ours (except for the hole the wife put in) any confirmation appreciated
