Rolling Road (Bristol / Gloucester / Newport)

I've repeatedly heard that the Leons are not tuned to 185 and actually output 197. This sounds like pub talk to me but nevertheless it has made me want to get the output checked. Anyone know what the process is? I assume I need to find someone with a decently calibrated rolling road. I live...
