brembo

After spending 2 weekends preparing and spraying my caliper I went to finally add the brembo logo and laquer over. After I cleaned the surface and stuck the sticker on i sprayed over the caliper and after a few minutes the paint began going wrinkley and began peeling off :cry: Only to find out...

just purchased cupra fr 180 but i really like the brembo set up on the lcr what price's am i looking at to av all wheels with brembo's and drilled disks i aint got a clue would i need the 18 cupra R alloys as well ta matt:)

Right guys ive had my local graphics firm make me up the brembo logos for my calipers as im going to refurb them at some point if all goes well i may see if he will produce more so we can have nice red brakes insead of Gay pink ones:doh:

I'm gonna refurb some Brembo's that i bought off ebay, i just want to know what's the best paint to use. So far i've narrowed it down to two paints but i don't know which one would give the best finish. The first is Halfords high temp engine paint...

If i just had the caliper and pads what other parts would i require? Pretend i have standard mk3 cupra brakes. Also what are the best pads/discs and where should i get them from? Thanks mk3 guys! Jamin

My front calipers are starting to look a bit shitty now the laquer is peeling off the brembo calipers, some one please let me in on the secret of restoring them to a mighty shiney red

Ive read a few threads here but would like to know how do you actually refurb the calipers itself? Bearing in mind the "Brembo" logo on the caliper itself is actually etched on isnt it? or is it just a sticker? I am going to do this tomorrow after going to hellfrauds to get some caliper...

hi got a mk3 cupra and gonna put brembos brakes from the cupra r on just wanderin if my oz superturismo wrc 17" wheels will fit ok without spacers and if the standard 16s will fit also :blink: any help would be great guys cheers:D

Would the goodridge kit - Seat Ibiza Cupra R1999 – 2001 Part No SSE0205-4 Work for fitting the LCR brake calipers to my Mk2 Cordoba 16v? If not does anyone know what I need? Slowly filling in the blanks of the bits to get this sorted.
