Hi all Been offered a bmc cda from a friend who's selling his LCR. I need to know if it will fit an LC. Is the LCR outlet 80mm? mine on the LC is 70mm. If it is a different size outlet, is there a way to step it down to 70mm

Am I right in thinking that the BMC will fit straight onto this pipe, or does that filter type thing (bit where plug is) need removing aswell? Whats the pipe that I disconnected from the airbox there? Does it need to be reconnected? And would it matter if I used a metal pipe to connect...

Heres a question i dont think has been asked before. Im interested in getting a BMC CDA but i have found one i am not entirely sure which car it is designed for! Does it really make a difference. I mean. i i got a filter designed for a 1.6 and i have a 1.8T, what diffference would that make?

Can you use the 70mm version of the BMC with an enlarger rubber fitment to take it to 80mm neck of the maf connection?. Someone on a Corsa forum is selling the 70mm verison with the enlargers/reducers for £85 new and delivered. Will this cause the maf to throw a wobbly? ta
