Can any of you wonderful people suggest a decent high voltage car battery to stick in my GTi? Looking for one with big power and long warranty

My Dads had a stroke and he wants me to prepare his car for storage in his garage; get it up on blocks, drain the fuel etc. My question is what (if any) effect long term disconnection of the battery may have on the cars electrical systems (ECU, bluetooth, etc). I'm not sure if any of these...

Hi All, got a 2003 LCR! Always had trouble since i had it 6 motnhs ago with starting it....but not everytime, but getting more frequent... it won't start sometimes, you can keep the key turned and it will keep turning over and over before suddenly after like 15 secs or so it will burst...

seems to be a little bit melted!!!and the fan fuse has blown out!!! does anyone have a part number for this fuse box as im going to replace it, cheers

My car has been refusing to start recently. It's just had an 80k service, so the plugs have been changed. Could the battery be on its way out? Is there an easy way to check this?

Anybody done this or attempted it? Think the boot is where most people move it to. Pics would be good if you have. Been having a look as I might change my k and n induction kit for a modified smoothed airbox and id want to relocate the battery.

My battery is on its way! as it showing low on battery tester! Any suggestion on any good places beside halfords i could get it from, prefer heavy duty! does a low battery effect the car performnce, mpg?

does any1 know if u can upgrade the alternator on the 1.4 16v Se? my headlights keep dimming!!! (even with a power cap) uprated battery soon to i guess lol thanks guys
