Anyone know? vag-com perhaps?

What is the alarm system on a '05 LCR. Ive just put my deposit down and need to inform my insurance company and more than likely they will ask what is on there. Any idea's whats fitted. I assume at the very least its a CAT1

I tried to activate the alarm chirp today and i'm using shareware vag com, it kept telling me I need a full version to change any settings anyone else had this problem if so how did you get round it, i'm using 409.1 software.
