adjusting

Im needing a new clutch cable, but will mine be manual adjusting or self-adjusting?? My car is a Mk2 Ibiza 1.4 8v Engine Code APQ I think its self adjusting, need to find out before i order one!

I was parked up at the local indian take-away waiting for the misses to come out and had the engine off and the key turned on. I noticed after a while the mirrors moved on their own. I took the key out put it back in turned it and after a while the mirrors moved again. What is the purpose of this?

i've just swapped my forge actuator back to a standard one, but i'm only seeing about 18psi peak on a K03s as opposed to the 22-23psi it should be spiking at, jabba said to just wind it out a bit untill i get to 22psi. which way do i need to wind it out? is it the nut on the left as you look at...
