This is like opening a can of worms, everybody has an opinion. I personally use Quantum Synta Gold 5W 40 Fully synthetic on a remapped 1.8t.

I personally use Motul E-tech 8100. Good stuff! But it would depend if your car is modified, standard etc.

People worry far too much about this question.

Ask yourself what is so unique about the engine in our cars.

I'll tell you the answer. Nothing.

All that you need to ensure is that the oil you use is suitable for use with a turbo charged engine and that it covers the temperature range you'll be using the car in.

IMO pretty much any quality fully synthetic oil will be suitable. Just take your pick of your prefered manufacturer, all the major players produce one.
