Hey everyone,

I’m looking to buy an intake hose for my car but can’t afford the high prices from brands like Badger5. Their hose costs around £120, plus £70 for shipping, and I’d have to pay import duties on top of that, which makes it too expensive for me. I also checked the price at Creations Motorsport, but it’s still quite pricey.

I found this intake hose on AliExpress: https://a.aliexpress.com/_EwB8xm0

It looks decent, but I’m not sure about the quality and fitment. Has anyone here tried this specific one or something similar from AliExpress? How’s the durability, and does it actually improve airflow? Any recommendations or ones to avoid?

Would really appreciate any advice. Thanks!

What is the purpose? Only the Badger 5 one is properly oversized. The others, including the Creations one won't give you any more airflow to the turbo. So if you just want to replace the standard one with silicone, any will probably do. But you won't get any extra horsepower.

There is usually a reason that the known solutions are pricier. It might be better fitment, better quality silicone, reinforced vs non-reinforced etc etc.

The link you shared will probably be ok, but Aliexpress can be a hit-or-miss
