Full Link Possible?

Hi All,

I am trying to activate Full Link on my Seat Alhambra 2021 model. Authorised dealer said it is impossible as the car is fitted with MIB3 radio type. Is this true?

I was confused because I was given the option to activate when i bought it second hand last year. Unfortunately, the person whom I bought from is no longer there.

Here are the details:

Hardware: H42
Software: 0478
Media codec: 4101.0.0.0

Bluetooth version C300
App-connect: 4101.438.1.5
Radio database ver: 1.10.10

Thanks for pointing this out. Which information on the screen shows that this is MIB2 PQ? The dealer said this is MIB3..
