I did a clutch/ flywheel replacement on my seat and now that i put it together i noticed the ac panel is dark, after going trough all the fuse’s on the car i noticed that the #5 one keeps blowing up everytime i turn the electricity on. Its named ”comfort opening/ closing” (a rough translation from finnish) in the manual. I tried to unplug every possible cable and sensor that i could think of, none of them helped. Is this a usual problem or could this just be a stripped cable thats grounding somewhere and short circuiting?

Being the A/C is dead, maybe the plug to the compressor or one of the pressure sensors?
I'll pull fuse 5 on mine tomorrow and see what readings/modules i lose on VCDS.

Edit: Looking at wiring diagram...

High pressure air con switch
Oil level sender
Radiator fan control box

Possible you've pinched one of those wires

Thank you so much! I’ll check if one of these will solve my problem!

No worries mate. If that doesn't sort it then let me know and i'll look through some more diagrams. Fuse 5 seems to power a lot of random things, and all the connections are spread out over many multiple diagrams.

I think it also powers the motor for the 'outside air/recirculation flap' inside the A/C, but seeing as you were working around the engine bay, i think the other 3 items are way more likely

I ripped apart yesterday some wires and didnt seem to find the problem, i’ve now concluded that im screwed. I have no idea what could pe the problem and im just tearing apart all the wires hoping to A) find a broken wire C) not breaking more wires and D) find a short circuiting wire. If you got any more ideas that would be absolutely amazing because im considering dumping the car to a lake🫠
