Hello! I hope You’ll see my comment cause Im rly stressed out. I bought Cupra Ateca 2.0 TSI 221KW from 2020 and had no issues until this evening. It is cold outside (about -6 Celsius) and I couldnt start the car. It has keyless function button which doesnt give any kind of life, its just blinking as normal and virtual cockpit starts regulary. I checked my AA and its voltage is low, 11.45V. Pressing Start/Stop Engine button wont even unlock the stearing wheel and my leaving/comming home lights are not working properly. Something that I noticed few days ago is that alarm gone off. That happened 4 times in 4 days and stopped for about 5 days now. Has anyone had similar problem? Car has about 88000km now

It seems like your main battery is low. Possibly 'old and tired' and suffering with the cold temperature.

Have you got a power pack or second car that you can use to jump start your Ateca?

After that, get your vehicle battery charged up and keep an eye on its health. You may need to replace it.

PS> my Vehicle Battery is currently reading 13V; 2023 car, 29,600km.

Tnx for fast reply! I tried jumping it with my second car but cables are pretty old so nothing happened. Ill buy new battery now and see if thats the problem
Unsuccessful jumpstart is the reason im opening this thread. Is it possible that jumpstart wont work if the cables are rusted and not that expensive looking?
