Model Year 21/22 Heated seats icon - faulty screen?

Hi,
I’m wondering if anyone can confirm that you are able to press the heated seats icon on top of the screen and adjust the heat.
This might sound unrelated, and it might be, but this is a theory of mine: since an OTA (and ios18) back in October/November I haven’t been able to get any response of the Carplay side bar. The sidebar is located in the same screen area width below as heatedseat icon so maybe my screen has a faulty area that isn’t responsive.
I’m not worried about the seat heating , I always double tap the temp slider, I’m just trying to understand the Carplay issue.
I’ve spoken to Apple support and followed all their instructions without any change, even tried another iPhone.
I’m on sw 1940 and would be grateful if anyone could confirm that they can press the heated seat icon. If you can then it’s probably a screen issue, I guess.
Sorry for a long explanation!

Hi,
I made a video but couldn’t attach it, so I guess it’s not supported here.
I took two pics showing where I don’t get any response while pressing.
It’s in the same screen vertical area.

There are two options: first, a soft reset, i.e. pressing and holding the power button until the unit starts up again. If that doesn't help, update from 1940 to 1969 and check

Unfortunatel the soft reset doesn’t help. Updating to 1969 maybe helps, not sure though and the car is out of warranty.
I guess I’ll have to take it to the dealer. Hate doing that…usually really expensive.
Must be a rare issue because I haven’t read about it anywhere online.
