Hi Never been a member of a forum before, so here goes

I think i fried my ECU, whilst fitting a new battery my spanner touched the car bodywork and sparked, now the engine will turn over but not fire up.
Does anyone have any QUICK FIX to reset it or any other tips. Oh I have had a retired mechanic check the fuses and he said they all seem fine, but he can't check the ECU.

Do a 'hard reset' basically disconnect the battery for a minimum of 15 minutes and try again

Yeah tried that, twice, second time disconnected battery for 30 mins but alass to no avail.
