Hello everyone, I own a 2019 Cupra Ateca that is equipped with a 360-degree view camera. However, I have noticed that the left side camera appears to be misaligned or bent. Is there a way to adjust the camera, or do I need to purchase a new one? I would greatly appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue. Thank you.

It probably needs recalibrating. Mine's done the same on both sides (twice!) and the dealer doesn't seem to be able to get it stay square for any length of time, so I've given up. I don't know if it's possible to get hold of the equipment, or whether it's something you'll need to get a dealer to do.

Ah well they were suppose to be warned about jet washing them. If you jet wash that area (under mirror) it will push in the camera and move it. It's in the manual.

Those with home jet washes need to take care. Dealers on their free wash at service at the time etc. So yes I'd expect they got knocked in with jet washing.

Calibration setting isn't something you can do yourself. It's a re projection of the images into 360'. That will be a grid the car is put on and some clever tinkering. Reckon the first check is to see whether the camera is in its holding rubber and not moved. Once fixed in place the calibration is just electronic image processing not physical. So I'd blame jet washing for moving the camera.

There are 4 calibration panels which are placed around the vehicle. If you have the right software, plus the panels, you could do it yourself

In those Vag manuals. I've seen my parameters.

Bit like the other calibration settings. Best to not knock them out in the first place or damage windscreen with lane assist. Downside of high tech. Equipment is held regionally on this stuff least in the UK. Not all dealers have it.
