Drivers wheel completely locked

Please help!
My drivers wheel is completely locked the car is in undriveable.
we’ve changed the calliper, disc, pad, connector, fluid, tube, pumped the brakes but it’s like the fluid is going to the brake but not returning…
It’s like the piston is stuck and this wheel completely locks up.
Is there any fixes please? I need this car back on the road ASAP!!!!!!

Possibly the abs pump playing up. Not sure how to test it though but I'm sure that's what happened to a friends car. Abs pump locking a rear wheel.

Mechanic been and nothing being thrown out on diagnostics…

Did the mechanic have a VAG Diagnostic tool or just a basic OBD2 reader (as not all diagnostic tools will show all errors).

if you have access to OBD11/VCDS then there are some output test's you can run to check Left Front, Right Front ABS inlet valve along with a few tests for the parking brake malfunction and motors

Has the brake fluid been replaced regularly? Or never until this moment? If the fluid is old, it may have turned to gel due to humidity absorbtion. This gel blocks the hydraulic valves in the ABS/ESC hydraulic control unit. If the valve is blocked, it could be that you're able to build pressure, but the pressure can't be bled off after releasing the pedal. I've seen enough of those during my time in customer complaints at Continental.

My ABS has completely gone… cars only done 70k of miles. Really odd thing to go! Not heard of it before!!!!!

What was the exact failure mode? Did you get an explanation? Had to be a blocked valve. A worn out and thus leaky valve would've never given a locked caliper.

The Seat garage didn’t say, I had so many mechanics around to look at it and none of them knew what the issue was. It’s had the brake fluid changed at every service. The caliper wasn’t locked as it’s a brand new caliper and working. The whole drivers wheel is completely locked and you can’t even push the car with the handbrake off. Really odd. Seat have said the abs is completely knackered. I didn’t ask anymore about it I just need a working car! I’ll ask when I collect the car Thursday and let you know. My last car before this one ford fiesta 2014 plate I did 107k of miles and I never had any issues. The Seat is going to cost me 2k to repair! I even had the RAC out and they couldn’t tell me what the issue was either!
Hopefully finally be fixed by Thursday this week! Fingers crossed! I’ll let you know what the Seat garage say when I collect later this week.

It's unfortunate we don't produce these units at our site anymore. Otherwise I maybe could've helped you out and saved you a ton of money. These things cost <100£ to produce, take less than an hour to replace and bleed, and maybe 15mins to code...

This repair kit is just the connector and the circuit board. If there would be any electrical fault, it would have thrown a warning light. I assume since there was no electrical fault, there was a mechanical issue in the hydraulic control unit. The repair service you mention is for a MK60 unit, which is basically the generation found in the Leon MK2, Golf V, maybe even some early Golf VI. The units for the Leon MK3 are MK100's.

It has individual valves inside for each wheel, no doubt one has gone wrong. That's what happened to my mates audi all road thing.
