Start/Stop error, turn your car manually.

Hi everyone, when iam driving on low speed 2-3 gear, or near stopping the car, the car automaticly turns off, and in the dashboard it says STAR/STOP Error, turn your car on manually ? car is SEAT LEON ST fr 2015 tdi/ AUTOMATIC, it has 260000km, the car shows no other errors when i was to a garage ?

When the garage scanned it for faults, did they use a generic scanner, or something with full VAG compatability like VCDS?

Yes that vcds system, some mechanic told me today that the problem is a part in the right side attached to the engine, he told me to remove it, it costs 800€, ill attach a photo of the part.
