Rocker Cover replacement

Hi Everyone,

I'm due to change my rocker cover due to excessive oil consumption (possibly diaphragm gone) and wanted to ask if anyone on here would know the difference between these two part numbers?

&
03L103469AD

I've been looking on the internet for clues but even pictures look the same.

Sorry for being dim, you say that it is the other way around? Where AD is old version and S is a newer? Tried to use oemwolf to find more info but it only contains library til 2015 and mine is a 2016 release Leon

I agree with @DEAN0 the revision will have gone from A > maybe W, then moved onto AA etc.
