Holy thread revival!
I just took a look at the part number on my Fabia rear wiper and it is 6Y6 955 704. Was thinking about replacing it with a fresher wiper arm but I'm not sure which part number is best. I think one is hatch and one is estate??

remember if the blade goes its cheaper to buy a full new rear wiper as mine went so fancied a change and got this

not as big as the fabia though

I bought a Bosch A350H wiper blade from Amazon of all places for about £9. Will fit it tomorrow.
Those ebay wiper arms are seriously cheap. I’ll take a look at them. No rush to change it though. More of a nice to have.

Leon got MOTed today and passed.

i have had issues with it due to problem with spring but it got sorted , that fabia though a new blade is not much cheaper than the full setup and you want to try taking it out as you damage the arm

I bought the original Fabia wiper blade, arm & cover from Skoda years ago. Have replaced the wiper blade numerous times with no issues.
Got my car MOT’d yesterday as well - passed but will soon need new front tyres!

A350H is for a fabia wiper arm and I know it’ll fit my car. But as I described in an earlier post there appear to be multiple skoda fabia wiper arm part numbers that can be fitted to a Leon mk1. Without seeing them all it is difficult to know how different they are (if at all) or if it matters. I’m guessing it doesn’t matter.

It used to be the case that you needed the Fabia hatchback arm + blade along with the Fabia estate hinge/washer jet cover to get best fit on mk1 Leon.
This is what I’ve got

I remember I did also this conversion a long time ago because the Leon OEM wiper arm was awful. I remember I have to look for the Skoda Estate part because it was the longest one (365mm). But it takes a inside rubber blade diferent that Bosch A350H - that Bosch is for the mid size wiper arm.

I've seen two types in use: one where the shroud covers the entire wiper blade, and one that covers half of it.

I've got the one that covers half of it and the Bosch part number for that is A330H.
