Just picked up my new (new to me) Leon FR 184 on a 67 plate. Got it for a great price and I’m really pleased with it so far. A couple of minor things to sort out but first impressions are great.
I seem to have a grumbling noise when turning sharply at low speeds, which I’ve read could be the rubber spring mounts or an oil change on the gearbox is needed.
Somehow the folk who transported it from Scotland (where it was purchased from) to Bristol for collection managed to put a dent on the roof, just above the rear windscreen. They have agreed to fix this free of charge so fingers crossed I can get that sorted.
Looking forward to having some discussions and probably asking some questions too.
