Rear Fog Light Not Working

So I have had a warning come up for 'Rear Right Fog Light Not Working' having checked this, there appears to be space for two LED's but only one is illuminated.

The manual says it needs to be replaced by Seat technical services as it's an LED and I cannot see a way of replacing it myself.

Anyone had similar and have the dealer tried to charge you for a replacement? The car is 9 months old and covered 7000 miles, the fog light as far as I'm aware has never been used, surely this shouldn't be failing so quickly.

Warranty covered surely?
I'd hope so, but bulbs are that kind of grey area. Seat say the LED headlight bulbs etc should last the life of the vehicle but LED tail lights and fog lights should be replaced by Seat technical services.

Anyway today the warning seems to have disappeared so we shall see if remains off

I often get a similar warning for the front fog lights, it always clears it self by the next journey.

Theres only the one fog light, Drivers Side on UK Spec Right-hand drive. The Passenger side one doesn't have any LED behind it.

Does this fog light consist of 1 or 2 LEDs? When you look at the rear light cluster with lights off it would look like there is space for 2 LEDs but when I switch the light on, one illuminates. Is this right? Or should it be 2 LEDs on the drivers side?

The other lense is the reversing light

The reverse Light on the driver's side does not turn on if the rear fog light is on, (The passenger side reverse light still does turn on)

It looks like there is only a single LED behind the lense.

Wow thank you so much. That's exactly what I was looking for.

It's hard to check things like reversing lights yourself. So that has helped a huge amount.

Seems like everything is as it should be then. Plus the warning hasn't come back on again (so far).
