When did you order, when is it arriving?

OK, time for an update. After a couple of missed build weeks and delays, my car was due to be built next week (WK11). However, I have just had a call from the dealer to say that my car is built and is now status 30. Now have to wait for it to be status 38 which means its on the boat. So some good news after too many false starts. The car will not have the top-view camera as spec's or the vitual pedal feature but these are things that I can live without.. Can I dare to get in any way excited here?

Nice one Gb! United Spirit is currently docked in Livorno, IT- so could possibly be on that when it gets back to Barcelona. Does the removal of the virtual pedal mean that you will still have the electric tailgate? Or have they just removed the sensor to wave your foot underneath to open the boot?

Probably worth checking! I suppose it depends on when you ordered and also when your build week is?

Not good but at least they haven't removed the electric tailgate! I think I may have been one of the lucky ones that car got built just before the shortage, but it's not the end of the world for me, if it doesn't. I've never had an electric tailgate, my current car is 11 years old, so everything that's on the car is a bonus to what I already have. The feature I will miss having on the Formentor is the heated windscreen on the Mini, absolute lifesaver in winter! But won't miss when the front doors frameless glass won't drop when frozen! Have had moments where I've had to climb through the boot

It's really new order (end of January) comparing to others. So I don't have an estimated build week for the moment, only a "worst delivery date" of 29 june 2022. (V2 1.5 150)

At the time of the order, Top view camera and Sound system was already removed, but virtual pedal was still available.

You may be lucky as I guess they will have sensor supplies again when your car is built, fingers crossed for you

I had a virtual pedal on a Nissan x trail we previously had. Used it when we first got the car but then the novelty wore off. Once at the boot it was as easy to just press the button or the button on the key rather than wave a leg around.

Blinding. I got a call Thursday to tell me my delivery could be done next Weds (16th), which was a bit of a shock as I wasn't expecting it until the end of the month! So lots of scrambling around to get the old motor prepped for sale quickly (not easy, as the sale will part finance the deposit on the Cupra!). I am still convinced something will go bandy and won't actually believe it's all done and dusted until I sit in the bloody thing.
I look forward to seeing your photos mate!

And FWIW, I told the finance firm I wouldn't take it unless/until it had the latest s/w (1896)!

Ah nice! Are you getting it delivered on Wednesday? I got an email on Monday (7th) saying car arrived at dealership and then shortly later got an email asking to choose what date to deliver. I choose Tuesday (15th) as it was the earliest they could deliver. I'm keeping my current car as well so no messing about trying to sell it. I'm the same, it's been a near 10 month wait, until I see it in real life I'm trying not to get too excited! Cheers mate!

Ah nice! Are you getting it delivered on Wednesday? I got an email on Monday (7th) saying car arrived at dealership and then shortly later got an email asking to choose what date to deliver. I choose Tuesday (15th) as it was the earliest they could deliver. I'm keeping my current car as well so no messing about trying to sell it. I'm the same, it's been a near 10 month wait, until I see it in real life I'm trying not to get too excited! Cheers mate!

Got mine VZ2 310 sat in week 5 confirmed build week for 5 weeks without any more info ( top view camera added). Found few in stock VZ2 310 on autotrader on Friday. Made a phone call ,reserved what I wanted , cancelled the original order and the car is en route to UK with delivery to me in first week of April in worse case scenario. Should have done it earlier!
I recommend anyone still waiting and wants the car earlier to make a few phone calls to the dealers, they do receive some stock on regular basis.
