When did you order, when is it arriving?

HI all, been following along while waiting patiently for mine appreciate the updates from everyone!
I ordered 18th October (VZ2 Hybrid magnetic tech black leather) with NHSfleetsolutions who've been next to useless updating me unless I call and pester them.. Was never given a build week and in December they told me not to expect the car until April/May however most recent calls they say it's built and arriving in the country on 28th of Feb! Almost don't believe them but does line up with alot of other posts with build weeks around wk5 and delivery early March so fingers crossed there's a big shipment arriving end of the month :D

Nice to hear some good news and getting closer to my order date!

I ordered 27th October (VZ2 Hybrid magnetic black with black leather and top view camera). Selectcarleasing have been exactly the same with me in that I have done all the chasing and I have got to a point that I don't actually trust the updates that they give me when I chase. However, I am slightly delayed to your delivery date due to the top view.

Currently been told build week 15 with late May/early June delivery. Fingers crossed! Hope yours comes within the quoted times!

I've ordered VZ2 310 Magnetic Tech Grey in April 2021. Still waiting and no build week assigned :(

Rumors say that BEATSAudio adds an extra delay. Moreover, people say that BEATSAudio doesn't sound that great compared to the stock audio system. I cannot confirm because all cars at the dealer were equipped with Beats, so I couldn't check the stock audio.

Yeah sounds like they're all pretty similar let's hope we're getting towards the end of it now..

Ah I heard there were delays with the top view cameras which must be frustrating but they are really cool so hopefully worth the wait :)

Will update if and when I hear more..

Hmm looking on another thread it seems cars after week 40 build dates on the V1/V2 get the 10” display vice 12”
Who has ordered a v1/V2 with a build date after week 40 and can confirm the screen size

We had an update today from Newquay dealer. Our VZ2 that we ordered 5th May 21 IS built and ready to ship to the UK. Dealer said it'll have new Reg 22 plate. It'll be with them in a few weeks. 👍

I have recently started to see them appear on our roads, so I presumed something positive was happening with car builds.

Hi, my V1 ordered 43. week of 21 was delivered yesterday. 1.5TSI in Green Dark Camouflage. Looks incredible, and yes, it has 10" infotanment (I already knew that information when ordering).
And mine has black letters, not chrome.

I’ve only test driven the ones with the 12”
So waiting for mine to be delivered

No, for me it looks same, but display is little lower over the dasboard. I really dont see any difference. :)

Is anyone else on here getting increasingly frustrated with Cupra? I am new to the brand but am having a less than great experience. I ordered a Formentor VZ2 310 with pan-roof and top-down camera in Graphene grey/blue nappa interior. This was ordered back in Aug 2021 and I eventually received a build date of Week 5 2022. This week has come and gone and I rang to obtain an update. I was then told that they had an update, after my build week, to say that cars with top-down cameras would see an additional 12 week delay! This notice came after my build week, however, it seems that I have to remove the camera? As the top-down camera is not vital, a nice to have, I instructed them that I didn't need it. My build week has reverted to 0 and the dealership is unable to update me. Whatever happens, I don't see the car arriving any day soon! I called Cupra UK customer services, to see if they could shed any light on the situation. I was told I needed my official order number. I obtained this from the dealership and called back, then to be told that they can't help? I know that all manufacturers are having it tough with components but feel somewhat aggrieved that a notice comes out after my build week, with no updates from the dealership, and then I am going to wait again to get another build week. This crates a load of pain and unnecessary disruption to customers. Cupra customer service are nye-on useless, you get a different story from different people. All I want is some information/clarity and they are totally unable to help. Not great customer services. Due to work & other commitments I am now on the verge of cancelling my order with Cupra as my experience is pretty poor. Worries me that as a potential owner things may not improve?

I threatened to cancel and it was water off a ducks back.
