I need a new one not out of want as the stock one has been fine. Its started to blow where the mid section meets the backbox section and after 11 years I don't think the mid and backbox section will separate. How much louder are non resonated systems? I don't think I can afford a resonated one before the MOT is due. Non res I could just about do. Are the Non res ones way to droney?

Not checked how much a stock one is as it would be Seat dealer only and insane four figure price.

I’ve got both currently a miltek non res and miltek res on my mk2 the res is a lot quieter but the non res in my opinion sounds better for me however it might not fit your situation mate. It’s fine on the motorway that’s what I like about miltek exhausts is that under light load it’s quite but wide open throttle it’s louder.

I am currently in the process of braking the yellow Leon with the miltek K1 rear cat back and fibre works diffuser if you want to buy a used miltek shout me.
the exhaust tip were it bolts to the pipe on the back box has a crack in it but it can’t be seen unless your under the car or your really close. Doesn’t effect the sound.

Hi if I had a normal Cupra I would have been onto this like a shot lol. Having to go with a BCS cat back system to have as little change as possible to parts on the car. That centre pipe does look huge. Cheers for the offer i just have had to go with the smallest number of changes option :)

Does anyone know the tailpipe width for this system?

This isn't my car of course it's the one on the BCS Powervalve website.

I bought the BCS system recently, and fitment is very poor. I'm going to have to pay a local place to sort it as BCS don't really want to know because I'm using the Maxton diffuser.

I'd go Milltek if given the choice again

This is how one of the tailpipes sits when the other is lined up centrally.
