what are you getting?
They’ve used a variety in the past. Aquarius Ace has been used twice recently. Comet Ace, Astral Ace and United Spirit are also ships used recently. The common denominators are they’re all specialist vehicle transporters and all have recently been to Barcelona

Seems like Aquarius Ace has recently left Barcelona as well, and is en route to Setubal, Portugal. This is again a regular stop for ships heading for the UK. Fingers crossed a few of us will be a little happier soon.
Thanks. I chased the dealer who says they think my car is on United Spirit or Aquarius Ace.

United Spirit in currently heading to Morocco from the Netherlands so I hope it's not on there. The ship, however, may be due in Barcelona in a few days time.

Your CUPRA Formentor comes with both a mode 2 and mode 3 charging cable, and will have a welcome pack as well. I can see your car is also currently awaiting to be assigned to a ship. The next ship is scheduled to leave on the 13 October, so if you want to see if it has been allocated I'd recommend messaging us on the 14th as this can happen on the same day and our systems don't always reflect this until after.

I have finally had to give up.
my VZ2 on order with Leasing Options since mid May still has no build date and so I don’t expect to get it before sometime next year.
I can’t really wait that long so got onto Leasing Options and they looked at getting me into a cancelled order car.
they found a v2 in graphene grey available in 4-6 weeks (yeah right) and so I bit the bullet and downgraded to that.
very disappointed but I’m telling myself the VZ2 was probably overspecc’d for what I need.
ho hum never mind. I’m sure the v2 will be fine.

You’ve gone the opposite way to me. I had a V2 on order, which the dealership ballsed up, so they found me a completed build VZ2 for not much more money. Couldn’t really turn down the deal, so went with that. Car is waiting for the next ship to leave Barcelona.
That was the same build week as mine. When I contacted Cupra on Monday I was told mine was built but awaiting microchips. Wonder if the status of mine has now changed too?
I also contacted Cupra on Monday and was told the same, so fingers crossed yours has been competed too!
Fingers crossed. Might contact them again tomorrow and see if the status has changed for mine too.
I would definitely contact them tomorrow, I always seem to get better responses towards the end of the week. I guess on Mondays the database won't have been updated because of the weekend
