Sounds great. Can it reset service lights etc? Does it have apps like OBD Eleven?

Yes it can do everthing obd eleven can do and more. The app is really well developed and as i said above it can do all coding features, live data fault codes etc.
You do know you can turn the service light of without a scanner or tool manually with a few button presses of the mileage button and turning the ignition key.

Yes, but I do it with OBD Eleven because it doesn't reset the trip counter. I just wanted to see what other capabilities it had.

Ok 👍. yes it can do all that stuff too. £3 vs obd eleven £100. And you have to get an elm 327 £5. A lot cheaper with all of the features

Looks interesting.

I see in the description that it has recently added the ability to edit drive profiles. Something I’ve always wanted.

Don’t know if I’d be brave enough to try it though !!!

Its very straight forward once you try it. Bit of google research and self teaching anyone can do it.

I’ll try the app out later thanks for the heads up.
I do have OBDeleven but this could be useful for other cars also.

I think we’ve got our wires crossed though :)
I don’t need help how to use the app, I’ve got OBDeleven and Carista, I’m referring to wether or not I trust this app to edit the Drive profiles which is something Ive always wanted to do.

For £3 it's probably worth a try. I've got Carista, mainly because we recently got a Leon and an A3 but now I've checked them for faults and made a few modifications I think the on going cost is too high. If this can do as much as Carista and isn't overly complicated then I'll give it a go.

Had a look but I can't find anything with the name 'Car Scanner Pro', closest I could find was 'Car Scanner ELM ODB' but this is £4.99 per month???

Seems to indicate it will.
BARGAIN then.

I've gone back to Play Store and now I can't find the reference to £4.99 per month. Perhaps I was looking at the wrong app! If you download Car Scanner ELM OBD2 then in the app it says you can upgrade to Car Scanner Pro for £3.29. I haven't tried either the free or paid version but there is a disclaimer that basically says they don't accept any liability if it messes your car up. It isn't the most polished looking app and I'm a bit wary tbh.
