Swapping and Coding a Virtual cockpit on Leon Cupra 2018

Hi Guys,

I'm really glad to be here

.

I'm a proud owner of Leon Cupra (facelift), 2018 , STM - stage 2.
The only mode I want to do is to swap the cluster to VC.
I want to order from EBay those two parts:

5F0920790B - VC
5F0857053 1QB- Bezel

So I need to know if I need to buy anything else beside those two parts and the most important question, is how I'm coding the VC to my car and keys.
I'm a Network engineer, so I have some experience in coding also I have lots of experience with VCDS.

Its sadly not a straight swap and requires ODIS to code to the car, as the keys will need coding to the new cluster or you won't be able to start the car. Also if done incorrectly you'll need to recalibrate the ABS systems.

They normally charge £100 to fit a VC, but that includes the physical element too.

£130 installation for clusters sourced elsewhere

However if you're just looking for activation and coding we can do this for £100

Please do not attempt to fit it yourself, you'll leave yourself in a pickle

We also need to check what immobilizer system your car has, as 790/790A is a different immobilizer to 790B and they cannot be mixed together

With used clusters your mileage will be incorrect unless you buy a suitable cluster with matching mileage. We can increase the mileage but not decrease it

Usually, you have to buy a new instrument cluster to have the correct mileage set. Luckily, we can now increase the mileage of used clusters via a postal service.
