Hi guys, having an issue where my engine load percentage won’t go above 93% after a revo remap.

car has stage 1 map and vag sport res delete, nothing else.

Oil was at 103c, foot was all the way to the floor in 4th and engine revs were at 5k rpm.

Totally baffled what it could be, my 100-200 times are also only 11.5 seconds which is slow for a stage 1 car. Tried all sorts of configurations and haven’t had any luck. Scanned the car with a carista and didn’t get any fault codes either.

How are you displaying the load%? The SEAT sports gauge power dial on mine doesn't go above 206 kW despite also having a Stage 1/ deres & inlet pipe.
Are your 100-200 times being run on dry roads?

it's only on the virtual cockpit in the newer models. Roads are slightly damp but shouldn't be taking 2 seconds off a 100-200 time

Revo promises that their GPF file recalibrates all gauges and the performance monitor should display the new numbers after the remapping. So in theory this 93% should be 100%. What fuel is used? Do you use an SPS switch?

I think it's just because of the oil temp, overheat protection like revo describes, it limits power below and above a certain temp range.
I always get 100% on the virtual cockpit with revo stage 1 but my oil never gets above 96 celsius.
Try it when your temp is less that 100, ideally 85 and see what happens then.

that could be it then, don't think they calibrated the cooling correctly when they did the logging runs because it lets the oil get to 110c, what oil you using 5w30 or 5w40?

2020 cupra 290 GPF, looks like it, I think you need to contact them and check it out, also try what I suggested earlier with the oil temp around 85.
