got it off ebay pre painted emotion red. None left at the minute but i missed one a few weeks earlier so im sure another will pop up. Plenty of fake fibre glass ones on there tho.
If the side bits went right up to the edge of the top of the boot, then when you open the boot the spoiler would catch on the roof.
p.s. cleaning tip =exterior detailing brush + plenty of bubbles is good for cleaning the underside (along the top inside where window meets underneath of spoiler along where the high level brake light is). It’s a wee bit tight up ther
I spoke to the fellas that painted and fitted it and they said definitely pushed down and in as far as it would go. I'd like to take it off and have a go again myself tbh, but I know it will be a pita to get off lol
Hi All!
Apologies for the thread revival, I've managed to get my hands on a Cupra tailgate in hope of moving the spoiler across to my FR.
What would be the most effective (and safest) way to remove the spoiler as it's pretty stuck on and I don't want to risk overheating the panels! I've tried fishing wire with a heat gun so far, but again, just wary about overheating. In the off chance that anyone has any images or even a guide of how this can be done, it would be much appreciated.
Cheers!
