Door Ambient lights not working?

I’ve noticed recently that neither of my door ambient lights are on, no matter which driving mode I’m in they are not on, also the settings in the infotainment are on 100%, is there a reason this is happening? I’ve got a feeling I might be missing something obvious, also for information I have auto lights but doesn’t matter if I have it in auto or switch headlights on manually. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Odd that both are off, and not just one off in say red but white working for example.

Have you been playing with Carista/OBDEleven/VCDS by any chance?

Yeah Carista but haven’t touched the ambient lighting before it turned off, worth sending them a message to see if there’s a bug in one of the other customisations?

Hi, I've got the same problem could you tell me how you solved thanks

I have the same issue after using carista. They come on when I open the door or put the lights on manually. They don't come on no more when I have the lights in auto
