Seat Ibiza FR 2015 RADIO NOT WORKING

I’m in desperate need of some help!!

I was listening to music through Bluetooth in my car and my friend turned it up too fast and the radio turned off and wouldn’t come back on. The sat nav isn’t charging on the dashboard either. My partner has checked the fuses and he said they’re all fine. I’ve had a diagnostic plugged in and nothing came up! I bought a new radio and we have just tried that and still no luck.
It’s driving me absolutely mental because we can’t seem to figure out what’s wrong with it. does anybody know what could be wrong with it??

Press and hold the radio power button for a while the unit will power off then back on again. Wait till the logo comes up then release it. This is a reset see if this helps.

Thats fatal, you need to check with a MM, do you know there is two fuses?

If it is the same as the leon it Nr 10 and 12

I don’t think it’s the same as the Leon, there’s a 10 but not a 12! According to what I’ve seen 10 is for the spear regulator and 12 is for automatic gearboxes and my car is a manual

Okay, is there any one you know might have one you can borrow, as its the best way to
test fuses, other than that try and get a cheap one something like this:
