Hi all newbie here, found comments and advise useful so thought I'd join proper like, latest I've found with my 2010 diesel fr is a fault that seems like limp mode but loads of revs just no power, local mechanic thinks its down to an auxiliary water pump and it's it's associated sensor thinking the engine is to hot, well it's just gone thru 136000 miles so I've had my monies worth I suppose. Have to say despite the odd failure as it gets older it's the most fun and drivable car I've ever known

I like my Cupra 280 too, but at near 6 years old I will be swapping her for the new Cupra Leon later this year.
Lucky you, now as I enter my dotage, hehe, I am of limited funds, I'm not jealous,not jealous at all........
I will be using some of my retirement lump sum to pay for her, so no more work and a new car and lots of holidays abroad to look forward to. But only after the Coronavirus problem fades away.
This is likely to be the last car I own, I will make the most of it I can on the modest pension incomes I am in receipt of, have fun in your retirement and make the most of it, we are the lucky ones I feel for the generations behind us.
