I get the same occasionally, happens with BBC sounds and Spotify too. No idea what causes it or how to resolve it yet.

It will fit perfectly well.
Not so good with the front bumper due to the newly designed bonnet.

Took advantage of the break in the rain yesterday to give it it's first proper clean since I have owned it...



Took it to work today for the first drive nice and fresh... The chip in the windscreen (Booked for repair tomorrow) turned into a rather nasty crack.

I think it's in the Sound settings - Volume - Maximum switch on volume.

Finally last night finished running in the engine and gave it a good beating. Pulls as I expected, the higher the speed the better it pulls. I found no difference between esp sport and esp off, I think it pulls the same. What's REALLY weird though is that even from 60kph (37mph) on a road with average traction it didn't spin at all with the stock tires . Haven't tried lc yet. Boost figures (from the stock boost gauge factoring out the atmospheric pressure): 1.2 bar hold (17.4 psi), 1 bar (14.5 psi) redline. When summer comes I'll be going stage 1 most likely revo. I hate the linear power delivery hopefully that'll change with the tune.

Just had my 184 TDI DSG remapped to circa 230ps and 450nm. Definitely a nice difference and 4th is very quick now.

Yeah I took it out for a good drive last night around familiar roads and you notice the extra power definitely even just pottering it feels like it has more behind it. It just feels more urgent and peak torque in say 4th is amusing. I had a guy in York do it and he was very good and thorough.

I've had a DTUK box on my 184 FR before with a 'claimed' increase to 245. I'm sure it wasn't actually 245, but there was a big difference.

More power throughout the entire rev range, much easier to spin the wheels in 1st, and it held power past 5000rpm - it usually starts to drop off a little after 4000.

The guy that did mine will travel tbf. Alternatively he used a Black Codes remap with the Performance map (although I didn’t want to go full power as worried about reliability etc) If you contact Black Codes they will distribute your enquiry to your nearest franchisee
