What issues did you have as I have only heard great things ?

On the Focus, and not saying this applies to the Leon (I've done no research in regards to the Leon), if you locked it on the key and unlocked it using keyless entry it wouldn't start, and vice versa. I.e. you have to lock and unlock it the same way, whereas I would lock on the key, unlock keylessly. Once in the car, it was press start button (pressing nothing else, like brake), put in the sequence, wait for indicators to flash (which took a variable amount of time for the indicators to flash then start it, but due to the variance you were never sure if you had put the sequence in properly. I was getting phone calls for over a week after selling the car from the new owner getting stuck not being able to start it.

Can someone explain the ghost to me please?
It's basically an immobiliser that is pretty much impossible to detect. It immobilises the car until a key combination of your choosing is put in to disable it (using buttons in the car, a combination could be volume up, down, track left, track right) it's very small and can go anywhere in the CAN circuit so an ODBC scanner won't pick it up. apparently now you can use your smartphone to link with the ghost so your phone is the immobiliser key rather than a combination

Emailed leasing options and been told that mine is en route from factory to the EU port and should be arriving at dealers on 25/11. This was the original date I was given since placing my order end of August. Hopefully no delays

Drove an a35 Amg recently and that was stupid quick. So can’t wait to get the cupra as it’s similar power without the awd.

Looks like mine will be on the same boat. Seat CS advised me today that it’ll be around week 25/11 when the car will arrive in uk port. Then it’ll have to be transported to the dealer so no doubt a delay so could be the week after. However they said “around” that week. So it’ll probably be on the Pegasus Ace ship.

BTW my car has been in port at Barcelona for almost 4 weeks now!!

Funny I ordered the exact same time and got provisional build date start of December! Odd how it works!
