Here's my Jan 2019 Leon ST FR Tech 1.5 EVO in Nevada White

18 inch alloys, leather interior, digital cockpit.

I absolutely love it. I came from a ten year old VW Jetta 2.0Tdi so I'm down on raw power and torque but the Leon is a beautiful car and feels a bit special everytime I get in. Turns a few heads too.

I just got this 4 weeks ago with 2k mile on it. Wife loving the heated seats, daughter loving the interior LEDs. I'm 43 so cost me £250 fully comp, got my private plate to put on and Viofo A129 Duo dashcam to install. I also picked up a bargain 18" space saver and jack kit on ebay for £36.

Thanks donoli74 it was a hard one to find - a nearly new Leon St with all the right spec, low miles and in the colour the wife wanted haha. I had to wait months and travel half the UK in a clapped out Jetta to get it. I think Nevada white really does look the part.

@chris_st1.5evo2019...Nice looking motor you got there in obviously the best colour Nevada white. Do you have any plans for a few subtle mods, and yeah white really does look the part.

Looking good deano! I'd have had the Cupra but was looking at another £10k (I paid £16k) and I've got an older house that needs a complete refurb.

Not sure on any mods, not too sure what's available and where to buy. I'd be tempted by Cupra style rear spoiler and side spoiler thingies lol. Tbh though I'm past all that. Did it all in my hot hatch days as a youngn. Coming from Clio 16v, Saxo VTS, Clio 182, Fiesta ST before the wife came along

Still debating whether to blacken the front fogs.

Surprised at how much I’ve appreciated the cornering function.

Always preferred yellow fog lights, might be worth considering, still have the cornering function and looks great in my opinion ;)

Don’t think I’ve seen them in yellow. I’ll have a look.

Used to believe that front fogs made the cars look sportier, but since the move to fancy LED headlights I now prefer the bigger intakes visually. They make the front look more aggressive.

I prefer the look of the pre facelift/carbon or R.

I'm fog less now and don't miss them, but then I never had them on my 280 anyway.

As much as going in a straight line the LED's are really good, the best lights I ever had where on my Mk 2 with the Xenons which moved left and right around corners.

I am exactly the same as I used to like fogs and now not as much.I’ve got a pre facelift FR and thinking of buying the blanking plates as can’t find a decent wrap or tint for them

I have a pre face lift fr and have since put fly eye over the yellow tint, I'll try dig out photos of when they were just yellow.

It's all personal preference I guess, I've had yellow fog lights in my last 3 cars.

I think a car looks basic without them, each to their own though:)

I had my fogs tinted but at the same time the brightness is still reasonably strong if they turn on, so a win-win.

Got mine tinted with a wrap from ebay, haven't noticed any difference in brightness, but they look a little meaner.
