Help! What is she worth??

Hi everyone, hopefully you can give me a good idea on this one? Far too good to break and that would be the very last option as there are far too few of these left now!

Leon Cupra R 225 BAM engine
Pretty much standard
2004 plate
Platinum grey
I've owned for over 6 years. Trying to give as full and honest an overview here.
Carbon wrap door mirrors
Full size alloy spare wheel and jack kit
20k miles average per year 84 miles daily to and from work when being used as my daily driver.
Climate control was cold last time it was used.
180,000 miles.
6 owners
Good bodywork, couple of little stone chips but that's it really. No lacquer peel.
Front splitter attached.
Good history, lots of receipts
Stamped history book but due a service as has sat on the drive & was due a service when last used .
SORN'd and has sat on my drive for approx 10 months

Bad bits :
No rear wiper - motor seized.
Door seals leaking on both front doors - probably the most common Cupra R issue.
Breather pipes degrading - needs a new upper crank case breather pipe. Others may be perishing when changing that one?
Torn TIP venting oil vapour - needs replacing
Malfunctioning drivers door lock when arming alarm - needs new central locking unit on that door.
No undertray as clips broke but have got it behind the shed
Faded R badges
Faded Calipers except new rear one
Brake lights sticking on
Surface corrosion on discs as not been used.
Suggest needs an oil change to freshen up.

New battery Aug 2018
New oem front o/s spring 2018
2 brand new Rainsport 3 rear tyres, £166, can still see the sealant on the tyres, and good tyre on full size spare Sept 2018
New D bushes both sides anti roll bars Sept 2018
New front pads Sept 2018
New Brembo front discs Sept 2018

New driveshaft gators Sept 2017
New cambelt and water pump 2017 £399
New oem thermostat 2017
Oil changed every 6 months over last few years due to the mileage being covered using Castrol Edge
New o/s oem rear brake caliper 2017 £166
New rear pads 2017
Red top coil packs 2017
Phillips night breaker bulbs in headlights/sidelights

Tbh it doesn’t sound too appealing.
180k and door seals and pipes are shot.
Probably worth what ever best offer is within a time limit.
Or sell it Thai above.

Thanks for the varied responses so far.
The mileage is high as I do 20k plus easy per year and it's mostly all A47 so ideal driving conditions.

If you got the space and time and you like the car it's worth it. But if you can't be added and lost interest then sell it on.

I'd love to keep her and do the bits but I have a few more important things coming up as we're expecting so all of my spare money is going towards all that will bring!

I've been looking online for an idea of value and there really aren't many out there. Normal examples, full mot, bit lower mileage, no leaky seals etc seem to range between £2 - 4000. I know with the work needed that she's not worth that but I think I'd rather keep hold of her than let her go for nothing!
