New SE Tech owner

Hi All,
I'm new here as my partner has just bought a 2018 SE Tech Ibiza.
We test drove the car and all was good but it wasn't until the drive home when we realised the Cruise control was indeed only a speed limiter.
Is it possible to reprogram the car to have cruise control instaed of speed limiter. I've done some googling and it would seem possible but I cannot find a source for the correct cruise stalk.
Can anyone point me in the right direction for a stalk and programming.

On some VW products the function can be toggled between speed limiter and cruise control. Could it be you are in the wrong mode?

The Skoda Rapid has a button underneath the right hand steering column stalk to toggle this function.

Unfortunately not, the speed limiter stalk on the Ibiza would have a button underneath to toggle between modes.
We don't have the button and the markings do say LIM.
