Now that I've fitted a glossy diffuser it annoys me even more as it stands out

Probably a high price as it requires flating down. If you could do this yourself then it will probs only cost £80 ish

Looking at spraying the rear bumper insert in gloss black. What in your view is a fair price for this?
Just got quoted 150 and seems a lot. Or are these the sort of quotes I should be expecting?

£150 is fair, the part can be a bitch to remove, requires a lot of time to sand down properly with a good plastic primer to applied to make sure the paint adheres nicely and appears smooth.

I paid £150 for mine painted white and the diffuser painted black. But that was cheaper because I was already having the car repaired under an insurance claim for being rear ended.

Will have to take the pins out and then plug them into the blue plug in my car but saves cutting cables etc.

Just need to find one to fit the lamp plug too

I did mention while asking for a quote I'd give em the part already removed and would refit myself. But I see it's not as easy as it seems to me. Will ask for a couple more quotes and will decide. Thanks

Replaced my exhaust worx (63mm) res delete with the vagsport (70mm) which I got for a good price in hope of making the dsg farts louder. However I’ve managed the opposite affect and now have a very drony exhaust at idle (900 rpm) great the neighbours will be happy! Think I may swap back.

However I did fit these beauties....

straight from AliExpress, didn’t come damaged which is a bonus and fit perfectly.

Then finally, gloss screen protector for infotainment, can’t remember who mentioned it on here but kudos to them....

Makes the screen look premium and matches the other shiny bits. Unfortunately not tempered glass but I think that would be over kill.
