Looks spot on, just check the compatibility with your car type details. I can't see from the photo, but there should also be a filter/gauze in the filler neck as well.

this is a better photo of the spout.

there is no filter there. Does it sit in the top of the pipe?

Could someone take a quick photo for me? i'll raise it with the garage i bought it from.

I found part number 4A0955485 on a similar looking part on a different diagram...

i'll ask the garage to check its the right part

If they haven't noticed the washer cap is missing then they haven't pdi'd the car and the bonnet hasn't been lifted. I'd mention that and give them the opportunity to give the car a check, otherwise I would be checking the oil level and torqueing all the wheels and checking they are at the correct pressure.

Yes i mentioned as such in my email to them. not very happy with it all to be honest.

Transit blocks still there? Eg...suspension in front is higher than rears?

Sorry for the confusion, its not a new car. its 4 years old.

Im not sure to be honest. I just explained what i needed to the garage, and they sent it to me.
